Hailing from Denbigh in North Wales, Chef Bryn Williams learnt to appreciate food and its origins from an early age. 'Bryn's Kitchen' is his latest venture, serving as a creative platform where Bryn fuses his farming roots with his culinary knowledge and experiences to create, cook and play.

The result — a range of artisanal condiments that are hand-crafted in small batches, using local produce in North Wales. The range is 'Restaurant Grade' — enabling customers to experience and enjoy Bryn's innate understanding of produce (and how to get the best out of it) from the comfort of their own homes. From the ‘Mêl Pur’ (pure honey), sourced directly from Bryn’s very own garden beehives, to the ‘Sôs Coch’ (tomato ketchup), so good you’ll never settle for another, Bryn wants to reintroduce you to your favourite condiments, allowing you to enjoy a little bit of luxury in the everyday.

The range is also a testament to good design and sustainability — each delicious condiment is housed in a reusable and recyclable glass vessel featuring minimal label design, thus giving centre stage to the product inside. You’ll also find a nod to Wales on each product — with beautifully considered typography typeset in both Welsh and English.
